These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Lave Auto Sarai website and to the car wash and detailing services we provide at 10325 Boul Gouin O, Roxboro, Montréal, QC. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services & bookings

A booking made through this website is a request for an appointment. Your appointment is confirmed once we verify your phone number and accept the request. Appointment times are estimates and may vary with vehicle condition, size and shop volume.

2. Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and reflect our standard service. Final pricing may vary for oversized, heavily soiled or specialty vehicles — we will always confirm before starting work. Payment is taken in person on completion by cash, debit or major credit card. We do not process online payments.

3. Loyalty rewards

Our loyalty program runs in repeating cycles of nine bookings: your 5th booking is 50% off and your 9th booking is free, provided the earlier bookings in that cycle have been completed (delivered). After the 9th booking the cycle resets. Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, apply to the booked service only, cannot be combined with other offers, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

4. Cancellations & no-shows

Please give us reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows may affect future bookings. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service.

5. Phone verification & communications

We verify bookings with a one-time code sent by SMS. By providing your number you consent to receive service-related messages. Standard message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

6. Your vehicle & liability

We treat every vehicle with care. Please remove valuables before your appointment and let us know of any pre-existing damage, sensitive finishes or modifications. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lave Auto Sarai is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items left in the vehicle. We encourage you to inspect your vehicle before and after service.

7. Website content

All content on this website — text, branding and graphics — belongs to Lave Auto Sarai unless otherwise noted, and may not be reused without permission. Photographs may be illustrative.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the website or our services means you accept the current Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
